Spillway discharge now unlikely at Clearwater

basin requiring discharges through the conduit to increase Monday morning to

Clearwater Lake at high levels; Corps says dam is sound

Traveler hasn’t heard much out of the Clearwater Lake area in regards to this regional flood of Noachian proportions. Since last week’s flooding situation developed in Poplar Bluff and along the Mississippi, the Army Corps is attempting to hold back as much water as possible, consistent with dam safety.
